England's Lionesses beat Spain to reach semi-finals for a second successive Euros tournament.

England beat Spain in extra time to reach the semi-finals of the Women's European Championship.

The Lionesses had to come from behind after Esther Gonzalez put Spain ahead in the first half.

But Ella Toone equalised in the second half and Alessia Russo scored the winner in extra time.

England will now face Sweden in the semi-finals on Tuesday.

It is the second successive Euros tournament that England have reached the semi-finals.

In 2017, they lost to the Netherlands in the last four.

England will be hoping to go one better this time and reach the final.
